Our partnership ethos
We find that the best partnerships develop when there is natural synergy and a cross over of interests.
We actively seek out and encourage projects that address real and high community needs in a meaningful and enhanced way, i.e. projects that enable charities and community organisations do things they could not have done on their own, that add value and use niche company skills.
We are also keen to make sure that projects designed to encourage personal and professional skills development, such as team building and facilitation, mentoring and leadership skills.
