Partners

Our unique way of working means that we try to really understand and represent both our charity and employer partners; co-designing projects with them.  We actively seek out and encourage projects that address real and high community needs in a meaningful and enhanced way, i.e. projects that enable charities and community organisations do things they could not have done on their own, that add value and use niche company skills.

Dynamics

TTW Logo

We work with Employer Partners and Community Partners seeking to forge partnerships between them. The diagram to the right (also our logo) illustrates the dynamics of the Time & Talents Partnership and how we as brokers endeavour to facilitate those relationships.

We find that the best partnerships develop when there is natural synergy and a cross over of interests. When developing volunteering projects we are keen to make sure that they are designed to encourage personal and professional skills development, such as team building and facilitation, mentoring and leadership skills.
