Evaluation

When you commit to volunteering part of that is to help us evaluate the project you have worked on. In addition to giving you an opportunity to reflect on the project, evaluation enables us to measure more accurately the overall quality and quantity of work we do together in the Time & Talents partnership. This helps to ensure that all community and employer partners get the maximum return on money and time invested.

We aim for 360% evaluation and ask all sides who are involved in the volunteering for their thoughts so that we can learn from each project and also produce case studies to share the stories with our partners.
