By getting involved you could:

• Get work experience and reference for paid work experience

• Build on your CV

• Learn new skills and build confidence

• Keep busy, meet new people and make new friends

• Help others, help yourself and have fun!

You can choose what kind of voluntary work you want to do and how many hours you give

You could start by doing a few hours a week or more if you prefer

There are a lots of different things you can do as a volunteer
