Community Map
Magi Basil one of our long standing volunteers was placed with Westminster City Council's communications  department helping to publicise the Westminster community map, this is a new initiative designed to encourage local residents to volunteer in their area.
Magi's role was to contact organisations registered on our database and encourage them to put their details on the map, this was hugely successful with almost all organisations contacted agreeing to be a part of the map. We also had an increase in opportunities on our database as a result of this work.
