Open day for nursery
 Help a charity run an open day for their nursery by assisting with planning and preparation of an open day and a team to help on the day to serve tea and coffee and nibbles, welcome people & create a welcoming atmosphere for the local community.
Other options to support this nursery in the most deprived part of Westminster are to run some fundraising activities such as a bake sale, dress down day, sponsored walk, comedy night, cocktail party at your office to raise money for their service and help them to continue to support the local community after severe funding cuts.
Requirements
Optional elements:
- Initial meeting with the school in which we will co create the project
- Input in project design (optional)
Essential elements:
- Briefing/training session (including full details of the activities and timings) for volunteers either before the event or on the day
- Debrief at the end of the project to discuss as a team how the day went & evaluation completion
