TTW to run European Year of Volunteering Pilot

Volunteering England selected Time & Talents from Westminster to support its EYV programme. We are running two pilot projects and accompanying this with case studies and toolkits to enable other organisations to gain insight into some innovative ways they could engage employee volunteers.

• Peer Mentoring – matching leaders in the voluntary sector with employee volunteers to share skills, exchange sector knowledge, problem solve and be a critical friend.
• Volunteer Taskforce / rota – often volunteers in the workplace may have limited time and yet fantastic skills, this will demonstrate how working as a team they can make a real difference.
