Can you support a women’s charity to record their impact more accurately

A charity which helps women back to independence are seeking support with improving their current monitoring and evaluation.

small talking womenThe charity seek to:
  • To help women increase their skills and knowledge.
  • To help women engage in education, training, voluntary work and employment.
  • To enable women to improve their health and well being.
  • To support women to increase confidence and self-esteem.
  • To reduce re-offending.

They do this through activities such as:

  • Careers Advice/ Employability
  • Creative Arts
  • Computing and IT
  • Health and Well being
  • Personal Development
  • Move On

The two staff members at the charity would welcome a volunteer to look at how they currently run their monitoring and evaluation and help to see if improvements can be made and better systems could be put into place.

Optional extra: They are currently using an Access database and would welcome support to improve this (if the volunteer had expertise in this area).

Time commitment:

Agree to at least 3 x 1.5hr meetings with the staff to explore, analyse and suggest enhancement to their current systems for recording & measuring their work and it’s outcomes.
