Excellent customer service workshop

Do you think you can bring out the best in others?

We are seeking volunteers to help us run workshops to help a variety of groups build their customer service skills. Workshops can be informal and can cover basics of providing customer care with a emphasis of dealing with the public. If you have skills in this area you wish to share you could help a variety of groups to gain employment or enhance their service skills.

Small group 3-2

We have groups such as:
  • Unemployed people
  • Young people
  • People with learning disabilities
  • Homeless people
  • Migrants and refugees
Requirements:
  • Solo volunteers or a small team of 3-6 people
  • Team leader to give - half day minimum planning time (including meeting)
  • Volunteers must be able to give half day to deliver training
  • Could be held at your office or if not possible at charity premises
