Excellent customer service workshop
Do you think you can bring out the best in others?
We are seeking volunteers to help us run workshops to help a variety of groups build their customer service skills. Workshops can be informal and can cover basics of providing customer care with a emphasis of dealing with the public. If you have skills in this area you wish to share you could help a variety of groups to gain employment or enhance their service skills.

We have groups such as:
- Unemployed people
- Young people
- People with learning disabilities
- Homeless people
- Migrants and refugees
Requirements:
- Solo volunteers or a small team of 3-6 people
- Team leader to give - half day minimum planning time (including meeting)
- Volunteers must be able to give half day to deliver training
- Could be held at your office or if not possible at charity premises
