Evaluation
Once you (and your team) have completed your project, evaluating the project can give you (and your team) an opportunty to reflect on your experience, the impact you have made and can help you think about what you want to do next.
1. Debriefing with charity and volunteers: de-briefing meetings are invaluable for the development of good practice, consolidation of personal learnings and often result in commitments to work together in the future
