Trusteeship roles

We are seeking a variety of volunteers to provide strategic support to local charities who need new members for their board of trustees. We can help match you to an appropriate organisation and ensure your skills are put to good use.

Some examples of charities seeking trustees are:

Homeless charity
Literacy charity
Volunteer centre
Neighbourhood association
Learning disability charity
Garden community association
Charity supporting Migrants
Nursery charity

Here is an example of some of the specialist skills needed:

Marketing, communications and publicity
IT and Web-site development
Finance and fund-raising
Human Resources
Legal and contracts expertise
Management and business consultancy
Negotiation and networking skills

Requirement:

4 x two hour meetings per year
Complete a profile to help with matching process (like an informal cv with areas of interest & experience)
