Training Workshop: Leading Beyond Boundaries
November 2009
The Leading Beyond Boundaries workshop was offered in partnership with PwC.
The workshop was designed to help develop personal leadership by creating a clear sense of how to lead; developing an awareness of strengths and where one wants to make a difference; considering any blindspots or areas for improvement and helping to build a clear personal leadership vision.
The training emphasised building a robust business case for Employer Supporting Volunteering (ESV) and created a space to refresh ESV plans, demonstrating how this offers great opportunities to develop leaders.
