A charity supporting women back to independence has regular classes about independent living which you can offer your time to support.

Some of the subjects the classes cover are:
  • I.T and computer use
  • Numeracy & Literacy
  • Jewelry making
  • Cookery & Healthy Eating
  • Knitting, cross stitching and Sewing
  • Basic odd jobs like changing a fuse / plug
  • DIY
Location: Great Portland Street / Regents Park Tube

Requirements: This can be one off or ongoing.
